Ability to support the team and depot to meet demands of all stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position with regular working hours of Monday to Friday 12:00pm - 7:36pm

From my early years as a Courier Franchisee Trainer, I enjoyed imparting my knowledge and nurturing new franchise talent. My later roles of State Customer Service Manager and State Fleet Manager allowed me to develop positive outcomes with all stakeholders. I then moved into the role of Delivery Channel Manager where I helped design and support our last mile delivery services, ensuring customer satisfaction. And now, as the National Recruitment and Development Manager, my commitment to supporting fellow staff at all levels and helping recruit new Franchise Partners, together with managing franchise governance, is a very rewarding role.
